What is the procedure to claim and get the KrogerFeedback fuel points?

We offer service stations to Kroger Feedback survey participants. However, the participant must be a legal resident in the United States and must at least 18 years of age. If you are a Kroger employee, you cannot participate in this survey.

Where can I use the Kroger Pay?

Kroger Pay is accepted at participating Kroger family businesses in the United States. However, you cannot use Kroger Pay at certain independent retail stores and non-Kroger family stores.

Is my payment information secure? If so, how?

Yes, your payment information is extremely secure on the official KrogerFeedback portal. We always request your CVV before making your payments. We also do not save your card details by any means. To enhance the level of security, you must authenticate with biometric data or a PIN code to generate a QR code.

Is there an expiration date for my Kroger Store Family Gift Card?

No, the KrogerFeedback card does not have an expiration date. If a card does not have credit for more than 90 days, it will be deactivated. After that, no value can be loaded on the same. You need to request a new card after the expiration date.
